From the ConcreteYogi.com website...
After careful examination of what happens to the urban body and mind, I’ve found my focus to be a heating series of sun salutations and variations, seated and supine poses, and [possibly] inversions to release tension in the hips, lower back, shoulders and neck; and to stimulate the core from the internal (digestive organs) to the muscular.
Pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation techniques are incorporated to help reduce the emotional distresses that arise in densely populated areas.
Classes are [usually] set to a soundtrack of music, breath, and philosophy; designed to integrate the complex rhythms of city living with the simple wisdoms of ancient traditions.
Expect to sweat [probably] and woosa [definitely].
