It is fitting that we begin to close the year, as we opened it, with a recognition and celebration of our Ms. DMV 2023. One who has brought energy, excitement and heightened visibility to this role.
Please join me in applauding her hard work, and diligence to duty.

Keesha S. Williams was born in New York and currently resides in Maryland. She began her modeling career at the age of 14, then transitioned to work in television and film in 2016. A Cum Laude Graduate of the University of Maryland, she earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice and a certification in Security Management and Paralegal Services. Modeling runs in her family, and she was even considered to be the Gerber Baby. Her social interactions with friends and family in the entertainment industry led to a film career. Keesha has always been a great communicator, making hosting events and speaking engagements come naturally for her. Her understanding and ability to portray human behavior makes her delightful, appealing, and enchanting to viewers. Keesha won the title of Ms. DMV, and since then, she has been published internationally on three different magazine covers and has walked the runway in numerous fashion events and shows, representing, up and down the East Coast, including Atlantic City Fashion Week.

Apart from modeling, Keesha hosts live events, engages audiences, and completes voiceovers for training videos and educational seminars. As a non-union actress, Keesha found herself among stars, writers, producers, and casting agents who recognized her hidden talent. She has portrayed supporting lead characters, background talent, and speaking roles in various action films, short films, commercials, and music videos. Her recent works include featuring in the movie "Wake" streaming on BET+, "A Naughty Christmess Story," and the short film "BLINQ." Keesha has created a brand for herself as an influencer, travel agent, and entrepreneur.

When she's not in front of the camera, Keesha advocates for children as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster children in Prince George's County, Maryland. Keesha Williams, none other.
